CONTACT YOU REPRESENTATIVES!

I received this early this morning. It is something that WE need to ACT on. If our gov't. manages to take away our right, we will be the ones who allowed that to happen. I dread to think of the consequences.
Here's the letter:

IF YOU LET THE TWO HOUSES OF CONGRESS GET AWAY WITH THIS BILL YOU ARE ALLOWING THEM TO PUT US IN THE SAME POSITION HITLER PLACED THE GERMAN PEOPLE IN DURING THE EARLY 1930'S WHEN HE HAD THEM FIRST REGISTER THEIR GUNS AND THEN CONFISCATED THEM CLAIMING UNCLE ADOLPH AND HIS GUYS WOULD TAKE CARE OF THEM.
ONLY ABRAHAM LINCOLN EVER SUSPENDED HABEUS CORPUS AND JAILED MEMBERS OF CONGRESS WHO OPPOSED HIM STARTING THE CIVIL WAR.
NOW BOTH HOUSES OF CONGRESS THANKS TO INSANE MCCAIN AND CARL LEVIN, A FORMER ACLU LAWYER, ARE BEHIND CALLING THE USA "A BATTLE GROUND", IN WHICH YOU CAN BE ACCUSED, WITHOUT PROOF, OF TERRORISM FOR STORING FOOD SUPPLIES, BUYING AMMUNITION, ETC..
YOU CAN BE ARRESTED BY THE MILITARY, WHICH IS A VIOLATION OF THE POSSE COMMITATUS ACT, WHICH THEY ARE TRYING TO VOID, AND YOU CAN INCARCERATED WITH OUT CHARGES INDEFINITELY, LIKE THEY DID TO THAT MEXICAN-AMERICAN BOY THEY NAILED COMING BACK FROM THE MIDDLE EAST.

S. 1867 ‘Indefinite Detention’ Defense Bill Passes Senate
It’s official: the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012, S. 1867, passed the Senate yesterday, December 1. The Upper Chamber passed the bill with 93 ayes and 7 nays, the whole Senate voted and needed 50% approval. A similar Bill had already passed in the House earlier this year; the Senate and House versions now need to be combined to form a new Bill before President Obama is able to sign it into law or veto it.
